Welcome to XP Network! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for vendors who register in our directory. By registering on XP Network , you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Vendors are required to register in our directory by paying a monthly membership fee of $100 and a one-time license fee of $750. These fees provide access to the services and benefits offered by XP Network.
Membership on XP Network is on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term contracts. Vendors have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time by providing 30 days' notice.
If a vendor receives a lead through XP Network that results in a successful closure, the vendor is obligated to pay a referral fee to XP Network. The referral amount will be billed to the vendor by XP Network.
Referral fees are due within 30 days of the successful closure of the lead. Failure to pay the referral fee within the specified timeframe may result in legal action by XP Network to recover the outstanding amount.
If a vendor refuses to pay the referral fee within 30 days, XP Network reserves the right to take legal action and may ban such vendor from using the platform. Additionally, XP Network has the right to revoke the use of the platform to any vendor who violates these terms and conditions.
XP Network does not accept vendors from industries that promote sexual content, astrology, or any industry that promotes negative behavior. Vendors from such industries will not be allowed to register on XP Network.
XP Network reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of vendors to regularly review these terms and conditions for any updates or changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
By registering on XP Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with registration on XP Network.
