Users can register on XP Network for free. By completing the registration process, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The primary function of users on XP Network is to connect vendors with potential customers. Users facilitate this connection in exchange for a referral fee.
In the event of a successful referral, XP Network collects the referral amount offered by the vendor. XP Network then pays the user 70% of that referral amount as compensation for their role in facilitating the connection.
Before the payment is processed, XP Network will send a 1099 form to the user for tax purposes. The user/affiliate is required to sign and return the 1099 form to XP Network before payment can be released.
XP Network reserves the right to revoke the use of the platform to any user that misrepresents the content of the platform or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
XP Network reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to regularly review these terms and conditions for any updates or changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas
